It’s an obscure album created by Paul McCartney, Youth, and Super Furry Animals to accompany a Peter Blake exhibition in 2000 (apparently Blake asked for some sound to go with the show). It’s also McCartney letting his freak flag fly, as he does when he employs his “Fireman” identity.
Having just re-listened to “McCartney II,” I thought again about just how strange and interesting some of his work is.

Belatedly: Thanks, Nancy!
I love the Super Furry Animals (or at least the one album of theirs I have)…I had no idea there was any link w/PM!
