The last I heard from Ringo was this announcement:
It sounds like he’s symptomless if he was surprised by the test result.
I’m glad he’s living a healthy life. I remember a recent interview where he said he enjoys a baked potato about an hour before each concert. And he looks good, very slim and agile, no body fat.
I love the suit he’s wearing in the above cigar and peace sign photo. It looks so comfortable and smart. I want one just like it.

Upon further reflection, I think Ringo is flashing Churchill’s “V for Victory” sign.
More proof that time is a fierce wind blowing against our faces: Liz Truss wasn’t born until about ten years after that photo of Ringo was taken. She grew up to give her resignation speech not far from where Mr. Starr is chewing his cigar.
I love how Ringo talks like a grandpa now. “I enjoy a baked potato and a vegetable drink about an hour before I go onstage” … old folks are always sharing secrets like that.
If George were still with us he’d probably be mentioning his digestive biscuits in every interview, and not even in reference to Yoko. He’d just be extolling their benefits.
